Keegan Harper

Over the last 25 years Mr. Harper has founded and led 12 medical device companies. The companies have been clinically focused in the areas of electrophysiology, cardiology, pulmonology, biologics, spine and neurostimulation. He has built world class management teams, structured multiple acquisitions that exceeded $1.5 billion in exit value, and closed over 25 rounds of venture capital exceeding $600 million in invested capital. Mr. Harper led the Cryterion Medical acquisition, where Boston Scientific purchased the company for $310M in 2018. Additionally, Mr. Harper was recently CEO and Chairman of Bolt Medical, Inc., a company he founded which was acquired by Boston Scientific for $900M in 2025. Mr. Harper has served as CEO and/or Chairman of several Medtech startups.
