BASHIR™ Plus Endovascular Catheter
The BASHIR™ Plus Family of Endovascular Catheters enables restoration of blood flow in peripheral vessels with extensive thrombus burden. The catheters deliver thrombolytics through the expandable infusion basket and along a segment of the distal catheter shaft. The BASHIR™ Plus Family of Endovascular Catheters are available with various lengths of infusion segments. The basket and catheter shaft infusion segments each has a separate infusion line located on the catheter handle.

BASHIR™ Plus Endovascular Catheters are advanced over an 0.018″ guide-wire using standard endovascular interventional techniques and are compatible with standard infusion connectors, accessories and equipment.

Mechanism of Action
The ability of the infusion basket to expand helps to immediately restore blood flow while efficiently delivering thrombolytics. The infusion section, located along the shaft proximal to the basket, allows delivery of fluids over an extended area within the vessel.
